Announcement

1) Two workshops will be conducted on 30 May on at The Harbourview, Wan Chai:

Enhanced Landfill Mining: Technologies, Products, and Costs (9:00 am to 12:30 pm)

B iochar for Sustainable Management of Urban Biomass Waste (2:00 pm to 5:30 pm)

CPD certificate will be issued to all participants.

2) Field trips will be conducted on 3 June to:

T-PARK (Transformation Park-Converting waste to energy) and Y-PARK (Promotes recycling of yard waste into useful materials) (8:30 am to 1:00 pm)

Eco-PARK (Hong Kong's first recycling Business Park) and O-PARK (Organic Resources Centre-renewable energy generation plant) (8:30 am to 1:00 pm)

3) Selected articles will be recommonded for the publication in the special issues in the renowned peer-reviewed SCI journals

“Bioresource Technology (Impact factor: 11.889)” and “Environmental Technology (Impact factor: 3.475)”.

5) SARDINIA 2023: 19th International Symposium on Waste Management and Sustainable Landfilling from 9-13 October 2023 will be held in Cagliari, Italy.
