  4. Your personal data only held by the ICSWHK2023 Conference Secretariat will be kept confidential and only authorized staff members of the ICSWHK2023 Conference Secretariat will have access to and handle your personal data.
  5. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by the ICSWHK2023 Conference Secretariat. Requests for data access by filling out a Data Access Request Form OPS003 (revised 09/2012) specified by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, and follow-up data correction requests can be made in writing to ICSWHK2023 Conference Secretariat office via email (icswhk23@hkbu.edu.hk) or by post to Sino-Forest Applied Research Centre for Pearl River Delta Environment, Room 1201, Madam Chan Wu Wan Kwai School of Continuing Education Tower Hong Kong Baptist University. The University may charge you a fee to cover the administrative cost for data access, while data correction requests will be fulfilled without a fee.
